Returns

Need to return your Relxtime purchase? Reach out to our Customer Support team within 14 days to start the process. Unapproved returns may be declined. We accept returns for items that don’t meet your expectations or are defective, subject to stock availability for exchanges or replacements.

Relxtime Holiday Returns

Shop stress-free this holiday season with our extended returns window! For orders placed from November 15th to December 20th, contact Customer Support by January 10th, 2026, to arrange a return. Orders outside this period adhere to our standard 14-day policy.

Change of Mind

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Our team will inspect items before approving the return and guide you through the process. Note: Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are your responsibility. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Faulty Items

If an item is defective upon arrival, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, replacements may be offered under our warranty:

  • 1-year warranty on heater units and pumps

  • 6-month warranty on spa liners Email support@relxtime.eu for support with the process.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@relxtime.eu within 30 working days for a full refund. Per distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened spas or accessories unless faulty on arrival.
